Ordered two pizzas extra cheese. Both did not have extra cheese. The pizza was not fresh, cheese was like a hard shell. I order the pizzas the same way 2 weeks before and the pizza was fresh, hot and the cheese was soft and stretchy. The employee who made my order was unpleasant, and was sloppy. He acted as if I was somehow interrupting his day, even after I tipped him to pick up my own pizza. I ordered Dominos instead. The manager replied to my complaint and offered 50% off. I showed him my receipt of paying for Papa John’s and then not an hour later, paying for Dominos. He still hasn’t replied to my request to have the pizzas remade.

So as I was coming to pick up my order this delivery driver was returning and decided I wasn’t going fast enough for him (coming to a complete stop at a stop sign entering on the east side of the parking lot from the light shared with the target shopping center) and decided to recklessly speed across (well over 25 and I know this from my profession of clocking speed) the parking lot and cut me off. Honestly, this delivery driver recklessly driving like this in a parking lot is probably a hint of how he drives on the streets. Dominos I hope you take this seriously and look into it. You can even get my vehicle plate from him as he decided to come out and take a photo of my plate… which will come back to my name and government department Address.

This location has gotten worse and worse over the last few years. This location used to be my go to because of distance from me, accuracy of order, cuisine service, and they would never take longer than 20-30 minutes to make an order no matter how big the order was. However, I've placed an order for 1 pizza and it took over an hour for them to make it. There wasn't even that many people ordering. It wasn't only this 1 instance that they took a ridiculously long time to make my order. This has happened every single time I've made an order in the last I want to say 3 years or so. On top of that, they'll make the order wrong half the time, and the guy they've had cutting the pizza and putting the garlic butter on the crust puts the butter in front of the crust on the cheese, not on the crust. It's like, you literally have 1 job, and can't do it. I literally go out of my way to go to another location that's twice as far from me just to get my order right and the order made pretty fast, and they have the same amount of staff or less every time I have gone in. Make that make sense.

Had an issue with waiting times and service. Got a personal call from Michelle Smith at this location. I appreciate the effort and attention. This is how you deal with a problem. Degree and experience in total quality management on my end. The new york crust is the best one to get. I really like the pizza. The bbq sauce with the chicken and sausage is great, too. I know that sounds strange. But give it a try. I did use the app to order and used a later time instead of now. The pizza was ready early. So watch the tracker.

Waited over and hour for delivery, app told us it would take between 26-32 minutes. Gave us everything wrong. We ordered a cheese pizza and Mac and cheese. The one pizza they did get right as you can see they put so much sauce on everything it ended up like soup in the middle and the outside of the box. We like dominos but this was BS after over and hour wait. The Mac and cheese was Alfredo instead and the cheese pizza was a pepperoni, oh and both pizzas were severely under cooked in the middle, probably because of the extremely excessive sauce. You couldn’t even pick up a slice without literally everything falling off and apart.
